setting up your space at home
Make sure you have room and space to move. Clear an area on floor/around you so that you do not accidentally knock into anything whilst training.
Position your laptop/device so you can watch/hear instruction clearly.
Make others in the household aware that you are training so you are not interrupted. Children and pets like to make an appearance usually!
Have some water available to drink.
Always warm up/stretch for at least five minutes. This will reduce injury and allow you to exert greater range of motion as you progress.
Lastly, be ready to learn and have fun!
